About Me

Tina Moffat is an associate professor in the Department of Anthropology at McMaster University.  She is co-editor, with Tracy Prowse, of Human Diet and Nutrition in Biocultural Perspective: Past Meets Present and past president of the Canadian Association for Biological Anthropology. She lives with her husband and two children in Hamilton Ontario where she enjoys cooking, eating, and gardening.
